I had a great experience with Tech Lab. After several visits to a local repair shop for a recurring charging issue on my iPad Pro 12.9, I decided to try Tech Lab — and I’m really glad I did. They identified the problem quickly and carried out a high‑quality repair.
They also noticed some glue residue from a previous repair visit that was affecting Face ID and cleaned it up as part of the service. Everything works perfectly now.

Had an Asus zephurus laptop that would not power back on after shutting down. Took to two other places before this place. I went in with an iPad that’s been unusable for years, having tried to get it fixed at other places before who’d quote £200+ telling me it was an issue with the charging port. Within 2 minutes of walking in Bossman told me it was a software issue that could be sorted for £25 in under two hours. And two hours later I walked away with my previously unusable iPad like it was brand new and I was £175 better off for it.
