🚀 We’re Hiring at Tech Lab – Worthing!
We’re looking for a new team member to join our store.
Role: Technician & Customer Support
Hours: Part-time (24 hrs) – with potential to grow to full-time
Salary: Competitive (discussed during the interview)
What you’ll do:

Carry out standard repairs on phones, tablets, and laptops (screens, batteries, diagnostics).

Diagnose faults across all devices and narrow down issues.

Provide excellent customer experience in-store.

Manage our online platforms (reply to emails, list products & services).
What we’re looking for:

Hands-on repair experience (essential).

Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Passion for tech and eagerness to learn.

Reliable and customer-focused.
Interview Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be required to perform a hands-on repair test to showcase their technical abilities.
