Complete waste of time and deceptive service!
I went in for a genuine battery replacement for my iPhone. After exchanging messages with them and seeing the info on their website, they explicitly assured me they would install a new, genuine Apple battery. However, once at the shop, they installed an alternative OEM battery instead, which left me extremely disappointed. Following the replacement, the device treated the battery as "used" rather than as a genuine one.I had to demand that they put my old battery back in and give me a full refund. To make things even worse, they updated their website description that same day to cover their tracks—changing "genuine battery replacement" to "premium diagnostic battery." Unreliable and shady business practices. Avoid them!

Excellent service from start to finish – highly recommended!
I sent my 2016 MacBook Pro 15-inch to Tech Lab with a suspected Flexgate issue, where the screen would go black when opening the lid.
From my initial enquiry, their communication was excellent. They responded quickly, clearly explained the fault and repair process, and kept everything straightforward through their email and ticketing system.
The mail-in repair process was really well organised, with clear instructions and updates throughout. They confirmed the original display flex cable was badly worn and replaced it with a new, longer cable.
The MacBook was returned promptly and is now working beautifully again.
Really impressed with their technical expertise, professionalism and customer service. It’s refreshing to find a company that can properly repair older Apple hardware rather than simply replace expensive components.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tech Lab.

Techlab did fantastic work on my ASUS Z13 that needed motherboard level work. Despite me living in Ireland and customs creating massive problems, Thechlab was there the entire time and helped me not only fix the laptop, but also helped me solve the customs issues. Five stars!

I had not been able to use my mobile for days, it was telling me all sorts of rubbish and I couldn't get rid of it. I just found Remon at Tech Lab and the service was first class. He was a very pleasant and obviously knowledgable young man. All fixed, cleaned a secured within 2 hours, Amazing! Extremely pleased with this company and will most certainly use again if I need more repairs on my gear. Thanks very much.

Absolutely brilliant service.
My Samsung tablet was hacked one evening and I hadn't got a clue what to do to deal with the problem. I phoned TechLab and spoke to Chris and agreed that I should take the tablet in for him to look at. He immediately recognised the problem and said it would have to be plugged into some sort of gizmo ( my words not his). He said it should take a couple of hours. About an hour later I received a message saying all was done and ready for collection. I picked up the tablet and all was back to normal.
I would recommend TechLab for any computer problems without hesitation. Good, quick and friendly service. Fantastic

I had taken my phone here for repair after dropping it and losing all of my non-backed up photos , contacts and text messages (pretty much everything). They were super friendly but I was told that the repair would be very expensive and not guaranteed because of the extent of the damage. So instead they provided me with a home remedy to attempt. It worked perfectly and I was able to get everything off of my broken phone and onto my new one. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Very honest and genuinely helpful people.

Lovely guys. Very quick to help. Prioritised my service because they knew how badly my son wanted his ps5 to work 😅.
My sons ps5 was overheating after 15 minutes of gameplay. I thought I might need to bite the bullet and buy him a new console. Thought I would try to salvage what I could so I brought it to Tech Lab to see what they could do.
They did an awesome job. They cleaned up the damaged system and applied new thermal paste. All in one day. His ps5 now runs like a dream and I've got a happy child now able to run the more taxing games with a quiet, fully functional ps5.
Will come back to get it serviced here again next year!

Fantastic service.
Brought my overheating ASUS gaming laptop to Techlab UK and they completely sorted it out. They did a thorough strip-down inspection, found the exact cooling issues on the motherboard, and fixed it properly using the correct thermal materials.
They were incredibly transparent, communication was great, and the price was very reasonable. My laptop is now running beautifully, super smooth, and the temperatures are exactly where they should be under heavy load. Brilliant shop, will definitely take the laptop to them if any other issues occur in the future!

Dropped off my Samsung S23 off at 10.30am as I had no access to my phone due to a virus. Chris said it would probably take about a couple of hours, so I left it with him. About 2 hours later received the text to say all fixed ready to pick up. Collected the phone mid afternoon all working perfectly. A big thank you to the team at Tech Lab. A brilliant service.

Took my PlayStation here as it was turning off during use. They were very helpful, gave me loads of information making me feel confident in the decision. Had to get a replacement battery for an Iphone 13, quick and simple fix. Both members of staff were extremely helpful giving me clear instructions of what to do post repair and how to restore the phone back to factory setting to ensure it was fully fixed. Highly recommend!
