Really nice and helpful! I was very relieved to find this excellent shop when I was walking from the station and using the sat nav on my phone and my battery low. I was able to buy a fully charged battery pack and cable to keep me going for the rest of the day.

Very, very impressed with the Tech Lab. Took my son's PS5 in which was shutting down due to overheating. Remon explained what the likely issue was, and that it would be serviced, cleaned and have new thermal paste for the processor. Was told it would likely be done by Monday, but both Chris and Remon somehow managed to get it done the same day.
Needless to say I've got one very happy and grateful teenage gamer again.
Remon did say that the internal dust was probably the worst he'd seen.
Oddly we know we need to get our cars serviced every year, and yet we don't think the same about gaming devices. Maybe we should.
11/10 for the Tech Lab

Excellent service. My laptop needed a new top because one of the hinges had broken. They kept me updated with the repair, and they also sorted me out a new charger and a factory reset which is what I asked for. Laptop is like new. Highly recommended. Don't automatically throw your laptop away if it has a problem. Try these guys first!

Unbelievable! I had a broken, keyless entry motorcycles key, with damaged wiring........this hero was amazing. Saved me a lot of time and money by managing to fix my key. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Had an overheating Xbox One X. Rang these guys up and they told me what needed doing and a competitive price for servicing, cleaning and replacing the thermal paste. I dropped it to their shop and picked it up the following day. No more overheating and a lot less noisier than before. Highly recommend the Tech Lab shop for any issues you have with your devises!!!

Brilliant experience! Went to get my laptop battery replaced and couldn’t have asked for better service. Was able to keep my laptop until the parts arrived, then it only took around 1.5 hours. Full clean and service as well. Very reasonably priced and communication was excellent. 10/10 would recommend 🙂

I honestly couldn’t recommend LabTech in Worthing highly enough.
From the very beginning, the whole experience was fantastic. Their website was clear, easy to navigate, and booking an appointment was simple. Before I even dropped my PlayStation off, I phoned with a few questions and everything was explained clearly, including the expected turnaround time and pricing, so I knew exactly what to expect.
When I arrived, I was made to feel welcome straight away. Everything was explained thoroughly, and it was clear that they genuinely know what they’re doing. The turnaround was incredibly quick and exactly within the timeframe I was given.
When I collected my PlayStation, I actually arrived late and was in a bit of a flap, but that wasn’t a problem at all. He was so kind, stayed behind to make sure I was sorted, and took the time to show me photos of the work he’d carried out and explain everything he’d done.
The pricing was also incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service. It’s refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers.
I’ll definitely be taking all of mine and my family’s devices to LabTech in the future whenever we need repairs or advice.

Took my sons ps5 here as it kept turning off and over heating. Remon was really polite helpful, professional and the cost to repair was very good. I highly recommend using them. This will be my go to place with electronics from now on 👌 (I have one happy son)

Ramon provided absolutely fantastic service. I had my Dell laptop keyboard replaced and a new battery fitted, and the installation of the new components was first-class. My laptop feels brand new again and the battery now lasts for hours. I would definitely recommend him!

Brought in a gaming laptop with no power and wasn't charging. They gave a quick assesment in store, then got a proper diagnosis of what repair is required and the option to continue or not. Got it back just after a couple days fully working order. I am Very happy with everything and was also given a 3 month warranty if anything goes wrong in the future. Highly recomended.
Update: I had to use the warranty for another issue with the laptop and they took it in and fixed the issue within 4 days with no problems.

Had a tricky issue with conflicting RGB software in my PC which lead to the LINK Hun freezing up. Remon took it in, diagnosed it quickly and even ordered me a part for next day delivery so that it was fixed for the weekend. 10/10, great service, great guy and very knowledgeable.

I found this phone repair shop through recommendation and he didn’t disappoint . Remon changed my iphone battery with an original apple battery in 30 minutes without the postal wait or need for trip to brighton . good friendly service and clean well organised shop. i hope he does well as he is so much better than the rest

Charge port on my iPhone had a problem. Has tried to clean it out myself to remove fluid without success. Thought I needed I need port but Tech Lab fixed it for a fraction of the cost of a new port. I was very happy. Good people to deal with

Highly recommend Tech Lab! Remon fixed a software issue on my laptop and backed up my work within 24 hours. He also aided me with a minor tech issue on my new Mac Neo free of charge. Remon is a highly professional technician/engineer with a lot of experience. When I spoke to him on the phone about reversing a fan modification to a vintage PS3 I bought, I could tell right away he was very knowledgable even with more obscure information for older consoles like this one. Always a good sign.

Amazing service. I contacted Remon as my iPhone 12 screen needed to be replaced. Within half an hour of me contacting him I was at the shop. Very quick service (even after me telling Remon the wrong iPhone model) but he replaced the screen. I’ve never used this shop before but I would absolutely recommend and if ever needed I will be going back.

Brought my 20 year old Yamaha KX-49 keyboard in to Remon after it started losing connection to the PC/Mac. Remon told me what the problem could be, gave me a very reasonable price to repair it and now it's back to working perfectly again. He really knows his stuff, I'd recommend him highly.
