I had my broken Samsung screen replaced in another local phone repair shop and they had completely ruined it. Thankfully Remon was able to undo the damage and fit a genuine Samsung screen, restoring all the functions and getting my phone back to how it was originally. I had a great experience with Tech Lab. After several visits to a local repair shop for a recurring charging issue on my iPad Pro 12.9, I decided to try Tech Lab — and I’m really glad I did. They identified the problem quickly and carried out a high‑quality repair.
They also noticed some glue residue from a previous repair visit that was affecting Face ID and cleaned it up as part of the service. Everything works perfectly now.
The iPad was returned looking as good as new, and after a few weeks of use, the repair has held up flawlessly. Communication was clear and friendly throughout, and the device was returned promptly with tracking. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Tech Lab for iPad repairs.

Had an issue with my phone not connecting or charging properly, thought it would need a new charge point. Remon had a look, cleaned it out, all working great again, he refused any payment. Also he repaired an Xbox of a friend's son - all great work, fair price, and friendly service. Shame I can't give him more than 5 stars!

A week ago I brought in my PC that had various issues I was struggling to fix. Remon was happy to diagnose and let me know what the issues really were. After discussing the issues Remon got to work and completely stripped down the PC and started from scratch with a few additional components replacing the faulty ones. My son’s MacBook Pro needed specialist micro-soldering as a coil became dislodged from the motherboard. Remon turned everything around within a day. He also did a deep clean with new thermal paste to help resolve over heating issues. And now with correct fan settings the laptop is running smoothly, especially when gaming. Had an Asus zephurus laptop that would not power back on after shutting down. Took to two other places before this place. Turned out to be a shorted capacitor and two blown power mosfet devices on the motherboard. New motherboard price from shop #1 was £1600 and shop #2 wanted to sell me a new laptop for over 2k. So very happy with the 50 diagnostic fee and £200 for the fix. Also very fast service and kept me updated frequently , 5 🌟

Had a macbook flexgate issue - fixed extremely quickly and very good turnaround. There was a small issue with my device after the repair and as soon as I phoned him, he immediately printed me a new postage label and it was fixed within around 3 days. Also cleaned my device! Highly recommend.

I went in with an iPad that’s been unusable for years, having tried to get it fixed at other places before who’d quote £200+ telling me it was an issue with the charging port. Within 2 minutes of walking in Bossman told me it was a software issue that could be sorted for £25 in under two hours. And two hours later I walked away with my previously unusable iPad like it was brand new and I was £175 better off for it.

I found TechLab after dropping my iPhone in water. Remon got back to me quickly with a clear explanation and an approximate quote. I dropped the phone off and he had it repaired within 24 hours, all for a very reasonable price. Great service and communication – I’d definitely recommend them.

I've used Tech Lab twice now as the man Remon; who owns and repairs everything, is very knowledgeable and helpful. I took my iPhone there first to get checked out thoroughly (as it got hacked - my own fault sadly) and then I took my faithful Mac there for a full upgrade (hardware and software) as it had become very slow and up to its limits over the 6 years I've had it. I fully trust Remon with my IT gear and if I have IT questions or problems to unravel etc, he is very helpful. He also charges a fair price and he had my Mac ready in a few days as I was lost without it! I will be taking my iPad to him next for some TLC, as its memory is full etc. Remon also sells new small parts and accessories etc and also some upgraded laptops etc so it's worth a look around in there or worth phoning him to see if he has something in stock. Parking is relatively easy if you check the roads out near-by on Google Maps. Plus if you have something difficult to carry you can quickly park at the end of the bus stop outside. I have no problem fully recommending Remon and Tech Lab. See you again soon Remon re IT. 🙂
