The iPad was not charging. Two local companies said it was a battery issue so I booked it into iSmash for a replacement. iSmash could not fix it telling me there was a logic board issue.
So I contacted Tech Lab having found them on Google explaining the problem and if they thought it was something they could repair. They responded immediately. I booked the repair via their website selecting the fast track repair option which included Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping both ways.
It was repaired and posted back the same day Tech Lab received it. They got it on Tuesday, diagnosed a faulty charging port which they replaced with a genuine Apple part. I received it back on Wednesday the following day.
They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Very professional and genuinely impressive.
