Absolutely brilliant service. My Samsung tablet was hacked one evening and I hadn't got a clue what to do to deal with the problem. I phoned TechLab and spoke to Chris and agreed that I should take the tablet in for him to look at. He immediately recognised the problem and said it would have to be plugged into some sort of gizmo ( my words not his). He said it should take a couple of hours. About an hour later I received a message saying all was done and ready for collection. I picked up the tablet and all was back to normal. I would recommend TechLab for any computer problems without hesitation. Good, quick and friendly service. Fantastic

I had taken my phone here for repair after dropping it and losing all of my non-backed up photos , contacts and text messages (pretty much everything). They were super friendly but I was told that the repair would be very expensive and not guaranteed because of the extent of the damage. So instead they provided me with a home remedy to attempt. It worked perfectly and I was able to get everything off of my broken phone and onto my new one. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Very honest and genuinely helpful people.

Lovely guys. Very quick to help. Prioritised my service because they knew how badly my son wanted his ps5 to work 😅. My sons ps5 was overheating after 15 minutes of gameplay. I thought I might need to bite the bullet and buy him a new console. Thought I would try to salvage what I could so I brought it to Tech Lab to see what they could do. They did an awesome job. They cleaned up the damaged system and applied new thermal paste. All in one day. His ps5 now runs like a dream and I've got a happy child now able to run the more taxing games with a quiet, fully functional ps5. Will come back to get it serviced here again next year! Fantastic service. Brought my overheating ASUS gaming laptop to Techlab UK and they completely sorted it out. They did a thorough strip-down inspection, found the exact cooling issues on the motherboard, and fixed it properly using the correct thermal materials. They were incredibly transparent, communication was great, and the price was very reasonable. My laptop is now running beautifully, super smooth, and the temperatures are exactly where they should be under heavy load. Really nice and helpful! I was very relieved to find this excellent shop when I was walking from the station and using the sat nav on my phone and my battery low. I was able to buy a fully charged battery pack and cable to keep me going for the rest of the day.

Very, very impressed with the Tech Lab. Took my son's PS5 in which was shutting down due to overheating. Remon explained what the likely issue was, and that it would be serviced, cleaned and have new thermal paste for the processor. Was told it would likely be done by Monday, but both Chris and Remon somehow managed to get it done the same day. Needless to say I've got one very happy and grateful teenage gamer again. Remon did say that the internal dust was probably the worst he'd seen. Oddly we know we need to get our cars serviced every year, and yet we don't think the same about gaming devices. Maybe we should. 11/10 for the Tech Lab Stellar service guys, many thanks indeed.

Excellent service. My laptop needed a new top because one of the hinges had broken. They kept me updated with the repair, and they also sorted me out a new charger and a factory reset which is what I asked for. Laptop is like new. Highly recommended. Don't automatically throw your laptop away if it has a problem. Try these guys first!

Had an overheating Xbox One X. Rang these guys up and they told me what needed doing and a competitive price for servicing, cleaning and replacing the thermal paste. I dropped it to their shop and picked it up the following day. No more overheating and a lot less noisier than before. Highly recommend the Tech Lab shop for any issues you have with your devises!!!
