Once you place your order , Package the device securely and print the label we sent to you or with qr code all included in same email, and send it from any nearest post office.

No, we do not provide packaging materials. However, we do send a postage label for your convenience. Please follow these steps to package your device securely:

  1. Prepare Your Device: Use bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box to protect your device.
  2. Attach the Postage Label: Affix the provided postage label to the box if you're mailing it yourself.
  3. Book a Collection Option (Optional): You may book a collection, and the courier will bring the postage label upon arrival.

Proper packaging ensures safe transit for your device and helps prevent damage during shipment.

Our time frame is 2-3 working days from receiving the device, if the device had complicated issue might take longer , some cases can take up to 7 working days.

24 Hour Repair & Return service available at extra cost for some device T&C Apply.

We will aim to fix the device and send it back on same day we receive the device, Our dead line is to return the device after 48 Hours if additional work needed.

Once your device is ready we will securely package and send it ack to your address using the shipping method selected on ordering.

This priority service for devices repairs , only with replacement parts services , like screen replacement , battery replacement, charging port replacement, For iPad & iPhone repairs only , NOT FOR LOGIC BOARD REPAIR.

Our aim is to repair the device and send it back special delivery in 24H.

If device has other issues , or issue is complicated it can take more than 24H.

Your email confirmation for the order will have the invoice attached for your order.

We will only charge the diagnostic fee + postage and will send the device back to you.

REPAIR FAQ

Once you've shipped your device and obtained the tracking code, use it to track the device's status. If the tracking indicates it's "with us," it means we have received your device. You can rely on this information as confirmation of its arrival to us.

In case of accidental repair orders or refund requests before sending your device, a 10% deduction from the total amount will occur. This deduction covers payment processing and administrative fees. Please ensure to verify your order thoroughly before completion to avoid this deduction.

If a device is sent for repair throught ticket system ( MaiL-in Repair ) without completing an order, we will retain the device until the payment is settled. Failure to clear the payment within 30 days from the invoice date will result in the device becoming our property. This action is necessary to cover the expenses incurred for diagnostics, parts, and associated costs. Please ensure the order is completed before sending your device for repair to avoid this situation.

The day your device arrives isn't counted as part of the repair timeframe; it's considered a sorting day. Once it's received, your device will join the queue. After diagnosis, we'll contact you to proceed with the repair.

Typically, most repairs take between 2-3 working days. However, more complex issues may extend the timeframe to 5-7 working days. We appreciate your patience during this process.

We aim to keep you informed about your repair progress. Please avoid emailing for updates, as we'll promptly contact you once there's news regarding the repair.

If you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnostics, an invoice for diagnostics and postage fees will be issued. Failure to pay this within 30 days of the invoice date will result in the device becoming our property to cover diagnostic costs. Please avoid queries about the device after this period.

Yes, if the diagnosed issue varies from what was initially quoted, there may be an extra fee as the repair scope has changed.

Additional charges may apply for repairing multiple issues beyond the originally quoted problem.

Our repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts we've replaced. However, for logic board repairs, the warranty period is 30 days.

We operate Monday to Friday. Therefore, all emails or orders will be responded to on the following working day.

Postage labels booked with repairs will be provided the next working day during our working hours.
