How to send the device after booking?

How long will repair take?

Our time frame is 2-3 working days from receiving the device, if the device had complicated issue might take longer , some cases can take up to 7 working days.

24 Hour Repair & Return service available at extra cost for some device T&C Apply.

We will aim to fix the device and send it back on same day we receive the device, Our dead line is to return the device after 48 Hours if additional work needed.

 

What Payment method you accept?

PayPal , Debit Cards, Credit cards Accepted.

What happen after repair is complited?

Once your device is ready we will securely package and send it ack to your address using the shipping method selected on ordering.

What is 24H Repair & Return Service T&C apply ?

This priority service for devices repairs , only with replacement parts services , like screen replacement , battery replacement, charging port replacement, For iPad & iPhone repairs only , NOT FOR LOGIC BOARD REPAIR.

Our aim is to repair the device and send it back special delivery in 24H.

If device has other issues , or issue is complicated it can take more than 24H.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Your email confirmation for the order will have the invoice attached for your order.

What if device is not fixable?

We will only charge the diagnostic fee + postage and will send the device back to you.

What are the delivery charges for repair orders ?

You will find the options on the checkout , you can chose the method you like and continue with the order.

For Royal mail Service : 

RM Special delivery return insured up to £500. (£10.99). Next day delivery.
RM First-class signed for insured up to £50. (5.99). 2-3 working days.

For UPS Service :

UPS Delivery 2-4 working days insurance £100 (£14.99)

Customer take responsibility for item loss or damage depending on postage choice.

What's the warranty on repairs?

We cover all basic repairs ( Screen repair - Battery replacement - Camera replacement ) with 90 days warranty.

All Logic Board Repairs ( Charging Port for iPhone & iPad - Logic board repair for iPhone & iPad ) 30 days warranty.
